how do I find my local farmer to buy meat from?

I live in the north island of New Zealand.

    Look up a directory for "Paddock to Plate" companies. Most of these are Farmers that sell direct to the public and some of them sell at Weekend Markets.

    you carn't .  \\ All animals have to slaughtered in a licenced facility for health and animal welfare reasons
