    No not always and it can be a declining number of respirations with stretches of apnea, and then the person is often totally unaware of their surroundings

    yes, they start bubbling in their mouths.  sometimes with blood or some green stuff.  it looks disgusting and you may catch their disease so stay away.

    I think that would depend on a lot of factors, but if someone was taking their LAST breath, they wouldn't be around anymore to tell someone if that LAST breath was torturous or not.  Right?
