Is it impossible to get physically strong if it's in your genes to be physically weak?

When it comes to sports like Wrestling, boxing, weightlifting, shot put and many other sports where physical strength is required, it becomes a barrier for those people who have the genes to be skinny and weak. When we have the genetics to be skinny and weak, it becomes frustrating to excel in most kind of sports except Marathon, long jump and skating.

There are too many variables involved to make such a statement. Each person is unique. Their personal environment differs in so many ways.

If you could take an individual person's genes and clone 50,000 people and place them in different environments and circumstances...you would find the gamit of the human experience in that one person's genes.

There are body types and those who are bony and skinny are called ectomorphs and those who are muscular are called mesomorphs but you can still get more muscles by working out and you will be stronger with the right exercises.

It's called strength training. Persistence and motivation as well as an appropriate diet will help you achieve your goal.
