My Thumb was Replaced with my Index finger backwards when I was young and now I only have 4 fingers, do I qualify for Benefits?

    In your answer to your own question, you show a BAD Photoshop job. If you had the surgery you claim, your hand WOULD NOT appear as that image appears.

    Clever surgery, which seems to have worked well.  No, benefits are only given to those whose handicap keeps them from holding down any type of job.

    No. there are people who have missing limbs that don't qualify for state benefits.
