A concave mirror forms a real image that is triple the size of the object. If the object is 21 cm from the mirror, the radius of curvature of the mirror should be about:

    A real image in concave mirror will be inverted. 

    so magnification, m= -hi/ho = -3ho/ho = -3

    m = -di/do-3 = -di/21di = 63 cm1/f = 1/do + 1/di1/f = 1/21 + 1/631/f = (3+1)/631/f = 4/63f = 63/4Radius of curvature, R = 2f = 2* 63/4 = 63/2 = 21.5 cm
