My "friend" and I have a shared Google account. This morning, I was going through some emails (with her consent) and found one about me. Here's the conversation between her and the person she was emailing.
My "friend": 🙄 [Me] has her period. Again. And she has "cramps". Heck, in fourth grade she claimed she had cramps from her "growth spurt"
Them: Ugh, she's so dramatic.
Some context, I am short and rather skinny. Just because I'm petite doesn't mean I can't get my period early and have a short cycle. I am also nonbinary.
This hurt. A lot. I can't confront her, though. What should I do?

Why any two individuals, no matter how close, would share a Google account is beyond me. I consider my spouse my "other half" and we share nothing like that (because we value our privacy).
