If by some very remote quirk and Senate confirms impeachment, do you think the Supreme Court would up-hold?
Case would definitely go the Supreme Court!

The senate does not "confirm" an impeachment. Impeachment is just another word for indictment. The senate holds a "trial"...and there really isn't even a JUDGE. They determine if the indictment or ACCUSATION of the president is valid. If he did "naughty" things...WHICH HE HASN'T...they can choose to CONVICT him of a crime. Then could could do a number of things if they did that...which could possibly mean removal from office. That isn't going to happen.
67 of the Senators have to vote to convict for anything to happen. NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

the Supreme Court hasn't that power. the Senate is the final authority in this case.

Really? Where does the Constitution say that?

There is no case. I don't think that the Senate would remove Trump from office , since the Republicans hold the majority. But, since the Chief Justice is presiding the trial and the Constitution is clear on the legality - If by some miracle , the Senate votes to convict - there is no appeal.

Where did you get the idea that the Supreme Court has jurisdiction over *Congressional* impeachments?

If the Senate votes to remove from office it is over but they will not do that. It is more likely that they will subpoena Obama and tell him to bring his birth certificate.

Sorry but the Supreme Court does not have jurisdiction over things Political which Impeachment is since congress has zero criminal authority that said good luck getting 20 GOP senators to jump ship

ummm. why would it go to the supreme court? The supreme court is THE federal appellate court, they look into the constitutionality of laws, and convictions. Not impeachments.

Sure - they are tasked with protecting the constitution. Which Fat Donnie never read and destroys with every word he speaks and every action he takes
