If I drive on ECO mode with my car fully loaded is that bad?
My dad wants me to drive in normal or sport when we have 4 passengers plus the driver and loaded with groceries in the back.
Does it really matter? Does it put more strain on the engine if I drive on ECO if it it’s carrying lots of load?
I dont want to use gas that i dont need
I drive. 2017 Rogue

Using Sport Mode doesn't use that much more gas. Driving in ECO mode with the car loaded down can cause the motor to carbon up.Source(s): Mitsubishi Master Tech

Automatic transmission? Then it makes no difference.
