I have od +1.25 and os +0.75  and add+2.00 witch one is for reading ?

    Well, it all really is. The +1.25 and +0.75 are your distance correction. The +2.00 tells how much stronger the bottom of your bifocal or progressive lens needs to be for you to be able to see clearly at about 16 inches (40 cm.). The total power in the reading portion of your right eye is +1.25 +2.00 or +3.25. In your left eye, the total near power is +2.75. If you are planning on getting over the counter readers instead of prescription glasses, you may want to get +3.00 if your intention is to read at 16 inches. If you intend to look at a computer farther away than that, you will want less power.

    The "+2.00" is the "add power" for bifocals/reading.

    And it's "which" one, not "witch".
