Is being alone 99% time when not at work socially acceptable?

If you're alone 99% of the time when you're not at work, then you're not trying to be socially acceptable; so what does it matter?

You will see people at work and commuting to & from work, so your not alone all the time.

Even at home, you could see the neighbour, postman, shop workers when you shop, even if you shop online, you will see the delivery guy.

So I'd say 99% is an exaggeration of your 'alone' time.

It sounds like you spend time socializing at work and just want to chill out at home. Nothing wrong with that.

Considering that most of that time is spent sleeping, it's fine.
