    Medicare if you have it. Federal income tax if you request it.

    Federal and state income tax, if you want them withheld or the IRS has ruled that you are subject to backup withholding. Otherwise no tax is withheld.

    If you are enrolled in Medicare Part B, the premium for that is withheld.

    That's it unless a court has approved garnishment of your SS due to a judgment against you.
