No, the Earth is not flat and would be in defiance of the laws of physics if it were.
The Earth is an oblate spheroid. All the evidence supports this.

We try to simplify reality. Most people can't handle the real truth!
NOTHING seems more real than the world of everyday objects, but things are not as they seem. A set of relatively simple experiments reveals enormous holes is our intuitive understanding of physical reality. Trying to explain what goes on leads to some very peculiar and often highly surprising theories of the world around us.

I believe the Earth is flat due to the fact it's finite

Without a doubt the respectable Flat Earth Society believe that the Earth is flat because it is a flat circular disc spinning on its axis giving the illusion that it is spherical shaped.

You can see the curvature of Earth for yourself using a weather balloon, an old phone with GPS tracking & onboard camera. Ask any flat earther how it is possible for a primary school child to do this with their teacher and produce recorded results showing the earth is a sphere - with measurable coordinate data to back the visuals up , they have no realistic answers to come back with. You can find lots of independent videos of people doing this themselves on YouTube.. or maybe its all just a big gov conspiracy eh? lol ughh the whole flatearther conspiritard theory exists for one reason, to generate money from gullible idiots

Yes. The earth is flat, God exists and Donald Trump is a good president.
Either that or every one of the statements above is a lie.

Parts of the surface are flat, such as the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah.

Of course not. You can SEE the curvature of Earth on a plain or viewing the sea. Or in large Walmarts.
