Find impedances:

-j/(4000*20e-6) = -j12.5 for capacitor.

j*4000*15e-3 = j60 for the inductor

v(t) = [0.120*(-j12.5)/(40 - j12.5 + j60)]*40Ω

v(t) = [0.120*(-j12.5)/(40 + j47.5)]*40Ω

Convert to polar form

[0.12*(12.5/_-90°)/(62.1/_49.9°)]*40Ω

v(t) = 0.966 /_-139.9° <<<<<
