what taste better for chicken tortilla soup : boneless chicken breast or boneless chicken thighs?

    Either, they will both be tender poached in the soup.

    Thighs, if it has a simmering time of more than 30 minutes.

    Chicken thighs will always give more flavor. As a dark meat, they have more fat content, and fat is what gives flavor (unfortunately!)

    If I had to use boneless chicken, I’d go with the thighs. Bone-in thighs or breasts would be better though.
