Anyone try re roasting chickpeas snacks? I make crispy roasted chickpeas at home but after a few days they start getting soft. Anyone?
The chickpeas are completely dry before I roast them

One trick I found is to dry roast them first in a high temp. So you get them totally dry with paper towel and stick them straight in the oven with no oil. After around 5-6 minutes, I take them out and THEN use oil, salt, and cumin. After that, you stick them back in and roast like normal. I don’t know if you’re already doing that, but it was like life changing when I figured it out hahahahaha. They’re much crunchier.
