You can't die from strep throat in itself can you?

I mean if you are middle age and otherwise healthy, and you catch it early, and treat it with antibiotics. Please help.

It's treatable with antibiotics, and if a person is generally healthy but catch strep throat, it's because they contracted the bacteria some way. Antibiotics will flush it out.
