What is the difference with people who have chromosome XXY and XYX chromosome?

    There isn't one. It's all Klinefelter syndrome. But there are some slight differences between people who have chromosome XXY and people who have XY chromosome, such as breast growth and greater height

    There isn't one. It's Klinefelter's. They will be male with some developmental handicaps, though it varies. About half of affected men don't have any idea they have it because their sperm is still fertile.
