I'm 17 years old and have Tinnitus, how likely will my hearing be severely affected later in life?

I have Tinnitus, not a super major form of it but I have a constant very very high pitched ringing in my ears, I'm used to it now but I know its there

I've taken a few hearing tests online and they all put me slightly below average, and very below average for my age. I'm wondering if my Tinnitus will worsen my hearing majorly over time?

If you use earbuds or listen to loud music or even go to loud concerts it will get worse with time.
