How to run a 6 minute mile in 3 weeks?

I used to run 5:45 but I’m not competitive or trying to join any team, just for personal fulfillment. I did a 6:21 today and I haven’t ran in a few months. Could I break 6 in a few weeks?

    Yes, get out and start running. 30 minutes or more three times a week.
