What brand of nuts should I buy for improving vision?

I read that nuts are a good source of vitamin e which helps vision. This may sound dumb but I dont know if it matters where I buy from. I'm seeing nuts in produce and in the shelves like blue diamond. Does it really matter?

Any improvement will be minimal at best. It does not matter. If you want to get something from the produce department that may have you seeing better when you are 90, get some kale, spinach and tomatoes. They contain compounds that the AREDS2 study shows reduce your chances of getting macular degeneration.
