Would you consider a 1997 Honda Prelude a collector's car in the near future?

    NEAR future, no.Maybe in another 30 or 40 years. (IMO)

    No.  The only recent collectible Honda is the Honda S2000.

    Yes. If kept up properly by spending on oil changes and replacing belts and all worn parts, a car can last forever, and soon will look like a fine antique from days gone by.
