If both my future spouse and I have autism, what's the probability that our future child will have autism?

Update:

High functioning autism.

    There are not good statistics yet. We do know that the risk is much higher. Maybe in another 10 years when more people with autism have children, we will have a better idea at how high the risk is.

    shouldn't you be able to calculate that in your head really quickly and then start hitting yourself in the head and screaming that you have to go watch Matlock?
