is there any use of capacitor in dc biasing of bjt on input or output ?(please check the attachment bellow)?

    The capacitors are used to block any dc signal and pass only ac.

    The first capacitor blocks any dc signal from the previous stage that could alter the base bias of the transistor. The second capacitor on the output at the collector blocks the dc of the collector from passing to the next stage and prevents it affecting the bias conditions of that stage;but it allows the ac component through.

    The input and output blocking caps are there so the circuit amplifies only the AC signal.

    THOSE TWO ARE COUPLING CAPACITORS, TOTALLY NOTHING TO DO WITH DC BIASING TO TRANSISTOR.

    the caps do not change the DC bias point of the transistor. they are used to AC couple input and output signals, where the capacitor blocks DC and passes AC.
