Do you think this is infected?

I had an operation (tendon transfer) on my foot 76 days ago. The scars on the right hand side of my foot have healed beautifully, whereas the scar on the left side is incredibly painful to touch and discharge is still emitting from it. I’ll add a picture of the scar causing me problems:

    The area around the wound appears to be red and slightly swolen. That appears quite likely to be infected. Have it checked out.

    Its infected, amputation is the key. Use a red hot butter knife and bite down on some ice but only on a tuesday as monday is inconsistent and unsure of itself.

    Yes, that is infected. Call your doctor's office and see if they want to see you or what they suggest.
