Simple scripting question?

If a script is not automated, for example it requires input from the user, is it still a script?

Requiring input from a user doesn't mean that something isn't automated.

If a lamp requires a user to turn on a switch it doesn't mean that the lamp isn't electrical.

However, keep in mind that the term "script" is NOT precisely defined.

If a car is a hybrid, is it still a car?
