While on Probation in PA, can police/ probation search your house without your permission/ warrant?

I heard somewhere that this can happen and I was wondering if it is that way in this state.

Probation Officers Do Not Need A Search Warrant - But They Do Need Reasonable Suspicion.

The Pennsylvania Superior Court recently (Pa. Super. Ct. 2016) upheld the ability for probation officers to search a probationer’s home without any prior allegation of wrongdoing by the probationer.

Yes, if you have violated that parole.

    No, they can't.

    Nor do they.

The agreement a prisoner signs in order to be released on probation explicitly grants that permission.
