Should you only eat steak for dinner twice a week and other days have chicken or salmon for dinner?

You can eat as much steak as you want to eat. It's not going to hurt you. I have no clue why people think red meat is a killer. Chicken and salmon are great foods (organic chicken and wild caught salmon)
What is killing people and giving them heart problems is all the refined (unnatural) fats in processed foods, all the grains and sugar people are consuming. These cause inflammation in the body and lead to heart disease. Do your research

just don't make meat the main course, fruits and veggies, main, and a side of meat, that's all you need to know, you'll never be constipated and never have too much meat....

That is not how it works. The key to health is balance and moderation. You can have your meats in reasonable portion size as long as you also get the right amount of vegetables, whole grain, and fruits.
The problem is many people eat too much of one thing and don't bother with the other things including getting enough exercise. The human body is not designed to be a couch potato.
You want good eating habits coupled with regular exercise.

There is no set number of days you 'should' eat any food. But of course there are dozens of cuts of red meat from several different animals (so 'meat' doesn't have to be steak) several commonly served types of poultry (not only chicken, but turkey and duck -- and even things like squab and goose if you prefer...) and countless varieties of fish and seafood.

Yes, but it does not have to be steak. On other days it can be beef or pork. Chicken and fish is the healthiest choice.

Yes but not because steak is less healthy. Its because variety is important because all meats have different nutritional value.

beef you should have about once a month
pork once a week
birds rabbit and fish everyday
evolution dictates this on the animals 'catchability'

Yes, that is healthy eating. You can substitute any seafood for salmon. And you could even occasionally have a vegetarian meal, such as pasta with a meatless sauce or a large salad.
