Will making a complaint about my treatment in jail go against me in getting a good plea deal?

I was in jail for a few days after being arrested and am now working on a plea deal.

I got treated badly in jail by 2 guards and got dragged out and put in a restraint chair just for asking a question when I didn't understand what they were saying.

I want to make a compliant but don't know if this will go against me in getting a good plea deal or it would go against me when I go back to the county jail as have been told i will be doing some jail time

Your civil rights case in federal court should have no effect on your criminal case in state court.

File the complaint after you get the plea deal.  No sense in drawing attention to yourself.

Let me put it this way - a complaint won't make your life easier.
