It really depends on the fighting background of the pro wrestler.  There are more "former MMA fighters" who are pro wrestlers today than there have ever been.  Many pro wrestlers with an "amateur wrestling" background (Bobby Lashley & Brock Lesnar), can transition quite easily into MMA.  So, it's difficult to provide a simple answer to your question.  Someone who's trained in MMA for 5+ years is probably going to "own" a pro wrestler who's never trained in MMA (especially if they're in the same weight class).

    WWE is scripted.

    MMA is ridged and fake.

There are countless pro-wrestlers in mma, Jon Jones, Daniel Cormier, Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, Ken Shamrock, Randy Couture etc, etc, etc...

    Do some research next time.

@ANDERSON SILVA MUAY THAI SPIDER!, If the truth hurts then grow a skin dude. or dont asked the question, Pick one.

There is proof all over the internet that mma fights are ridged only the blind like you dont see it. Its been ridged from the beginning starting with the gracies.
