Everytime I try to take my goldfish for a walk, he just lays there on the side, forcing me to drag him along. Why won’t he take a walk w/me?

All you have to do is wait till its raining and drag it through puddles.

It's because he hates you, I wouldn't bother taking the ungrateful beggar for walks, just leave him in his bowl, that'll teach him, then you can adopt a greyhound...

You forgot to bring his portable bowl on wheels with, simply put him in the fish bowl with water and roll it along side you so he can enjoy the sights.

Fish don’t have legs, feet or arms to help propel them along, only fins to swim with, besides they don’t breathe air directly either, they need to breathe through water.

cause he cant walk, he only swims, being out of the water will kill him too
