They're worth whatever someone will give you for them. Not a penny more.

Impossible to give any worthwhile valuation.

That is one incomplete and not totally sharp  photo of a single rim. Assessors cannot see if there’s damage as the entire rim is not visible, although that poor photo shows what may be a minor surface defect.  We also don’t know whether it’s a set of four or a set of five. Or a far less valuable incomplete set of fewer than four.

Also no manufacturer markings are shown. That can make a lot of difference as there are genuinely good alloy rims manufactured by reputable suppliers and there are totally shite examples made out of poor quality alloy.

Finally the specifications are incomplete. How many fixing holes? What’s the PCD? What’s the offset?

The simple answer is this: they’re worth exactly whatever you get offered when you list them for sale on an auction or classified website. The more details you supply, the better the price is likely to be. If you state what vehicle they’re currently on then that also helps as other people with the same model may be more interested.

Also, get them weighed in advance of

posting any adverts so that you can immediately tell buyers what your shipping charges will be: don’t forget to add the cost of suitable packaging materials, such as bubble wrap and possibly a delivery pallet.

Based solely upon the scant detail you’ve provided, they’re worth scrap value only until proven to be worth a dime more than that.

Do a Google Image search for that picture, and see if you can locate similar wheels elsewhere. They may tell you the brand and model, and then you can search for the best prices for them.
