Can a second-half goal in football (soccer) appear to be scored ‘earlier’ than a first-half goal?

What happens jf the first goal is scored during ‘time added on’ in the first goal, eg after 48 minutes, then at the start of the second half, the match clock resets to 45 minutes and a goal is scored a minute later?

Does that mean the second goal (46 minutes) is shown as happening before the first goal (48 minutes)? How does that work?

A goal scored in the 3rd minute of added time in the first half is listed as "45'+3".

Ther 1st goal is scored on 48 mins of the first half whilst the 2nd goal is scored at 1st  minute of the 2nd half

Exactly what as James say.It would be 45 plus the time by minutes the goal went in.
