Can I have abs like Khloe Kardashian if I workout.? what kinds workout should I do?

    Abs are easy!  

    1) Diet off excess fat to less than 20% for females (measure with a skin fold caliper)

    2) Train ab muscles with vacuums, leg raises, crunches and twisters.
