clean heater air duct?

    Forced air furnace?  Then no need if you always have a furnace filter in the furnace and change it yearly.  Most of the dust will be down the cold air vents that suck inside air back to the furnace.  Once every 20 years is enough unless you have pets, then once a year.

    You need a machine to do heater air ducts. The government says there's no science that points to any benefit from cleaning them however. I would clean them though if you have moisture, mold, mildew on your walls, furniture, etc. 

    If you still want to do it yourself, try home depot rentals or a tool rental place
