french help with translating!?
Hello I would like help translating this phrase, sans se prendre la tête, what does it mean?
The context here is: 'Pour avoir des mots de passe plus robustes, sans se prendre la tête, je recommande l’utilisation d’un gestionnaire de mots de passe.'

"Se prendre la tête" (literally" to take one's own head"), means "to overthink something", "to make it unnecessarily complicated", or "to get excessively frustrated with something".
Here, the sentence is about using a password manager to be able to use strong password without having to rack your brain every time you need it.

To create stronger passwords, without racking your brains, I recommend the use of a password generator.

I would think it mean something like hurting your head by trying to memorize all the passwords. Many things are not directly translatable.
