Recently was told that I have elevated calcium levels?

I recently went in for a physical, they told me a couple days later that my calcium was elevated. They told me it was 10.6 and my normal should be 10.4 I am not really experiencing any symptoms other than just paranoia. My index finger tip tingling and such. She told me it more than likely was a lab error though, that my albumin levels would make my calcium test higher.

Doubt lab error per se, because there can be about. 10% variation in results in any test. You have to understand how lab tests are run, it’s a machine that is calibrated to reflect a man made normal and that varies. So 10.4 to 10.6 is probably not significant unless the trend is upward, trends being far more diagnostic. The body itself varies day to day too.
