    Not to my knowledge; all it is, is a type of clothing one wears when acting or dancing.

    It's just a clothing garment. It is often worn by wrestlers, ballet dancers, athletes, circus performers, acrobats, gymnasts, and more. It is not an offensive word and can't imagine why it would be considered offensive.

    Leotard's basically a tight onesie that is used in wrestling and ballet. No reason for that to be offensive.
