More careful attention to hygiene will help a lot. For foot fungus, carefully wash between your toes with soap, and keep your toenails trimmed short. Wear socks made of cotton or wool, not synthetics, and wear open-toed slippers around the house. If your shoes are getting old (especially if they're rubberized athletic shoes), consider buying new ones and keeping them clean and dry.
For fingernail fungus, keep your nails short, and wash and dry your hands thoroughly and often. Buy a little fingernail brush to use with the soap.
However, if you don't see some improvement, save up your money for a visit to a doctor and a prescription for a "... zole" cream, which will be more effective if used daily after washing your nails and the spaces between.

Oregano oil or tea tree oil has been used. and you can google natural ways to treat nail fungus, if you want.
Oral medications take a long time to work, and they are very hard on the liver.
