    portion of employees with cell phones = 22/55

    portion of employees without cell phones = (55-22)/55 = 33/55

    The fraction of employees with cell phones in lowest terms = 2/5

    in decimal form = 0.4

    percentage = 0.4 x 100% = 40%

    The fraction of employees with cell phones in lowest terms = 3/5

      in decimal form = 0.6

    percentage = 0.6 x 100% = 60%
