someone has tried to cash my cheques luckily no money was in my account how do I find out who is doing this?

    i would tell the police and let them check it out

    Nope, privacy laws will prevent the bank from telling you anything.

    Report it to the Bank and FBI (Identity theft, Banking crimes.)

    Ask the bank. Do a Google keyword search. You probably aren't the first person in the world this has happened to.
