no one thinks that , action not age is the determining factor

at 12 I was working full time so 13 and 14 for me was not the same as the other kids

I see 40 years old no smarter than I was at 11

Typically, there is, both physically and emotionally. 13 year olds are far more likely to be skittish and self-conscious than 14 year olds.

If that is true then, why are there 14 Year old's still look like kids?

There isn't a big difference. And every child (and human being) is not exactly alike

The same fools who believe there is a big difference between a 17 year old and a 18 year old, or a 15 year old and a 16 year old? Or the fools who don't believe there is any difference between a 20 year old and a 21 year old, even though there is?

Could you specify which adults you speak of?  And learn the difference between theirs and there's?

Adults don't believe that in general.
