Does the thread pitch multiplied by the lever length equal the mechanical advantage?

The MA of a screw is complex.

a threaded rod and a lever are two different types of mechanical advantage.
for a simple lever, MA = a/b where a and b are the distances from the pivot point
for a threaded rod, MA = 2πr/L where r is the length of the lever that turns the rod and L is the distance thread to thread.
