    If you mean the calculated eGFR reported on most chemistry panels then you might have to ask about the nature of the stress and what you mean by stress. 

    Acute exercise or prolonged exercise can somewhat decrease the eGFR as seen in some studies such as,

    "Baseline eGFRcreatinine was 114 (102–123) mL/min/1.73 m2 and decreased to 109 (95–122) mL/min/1.73 m2 after acute exercise (P = 0.009), with a further decrease to 98 (82–105) mL/min/1.73 m2 after prolonged exercise (P < 0.001). "

    Of note is that eGFR's are clinically relevant when talking about values less than 60 because values greater than 60 are not that accurate in terms of estimating glomerular filtration. Many institutions don't even report values over 60 and simply report > 60 mL/min 

    When dealing with values less than 60 mL/min then other testing then other testing might be more appropriate than simply eGFR rates based solely on one blood creatinine level that is impacted by race age and age. 

    Stress does not impact the eGFR clinically. It might impact it statistically but not clinically unless we are talking about superimposing clinical states such as prolonged dehydration due to exercise.
