My cheap hyper-tough allosun Walmart multimeter is reading an AGM battery 13.35?

My new marine volt meter is reading 12.2.. which one is correct?

Update:

sorry not 12.2, 13.2

Update 2:

It lights up pretty bright, could the lower 0.15v be from the lights on the new volt meter?

Any voltmeter has an error, none are perfect.

13.20 and 13.35 are different by 0.15, about 1.2%, so if each were off by 0.6%, and the meter rated accuracy is ±1%, they would both be reading ok, within their rated accuracy.

Or, one meter could be rated at 2% and the other 0.1%, and again, both are reading ok.

so you need the specified accuracy of both meters, then you can judge if one or both are reading OK.
