The late fee adds on to the credit card bill, and is part of the new balance due. Your bank account is not involved.

It will be added to your bill.  If it's the first time, or it's been years since you were late, if you call them up and ask them, they will usually remove the charge.

If you have set your bank account to auto pay a certain amount, that is the only amount that will be paid.

The card company will not automatically take extra to cover late fees.

You need to change your payment amount to adjust for paying the late fees.

The late fees would also be included in the next billing statement and would be included in the payment due on that statement.

its added to your bill, if you have your bank account set to pay it like I do it would pull it with the rest of the payment.

If not made on or before due due date a late fee is charged.

It's automatically charged if you don't make the minimum payment at least by the due date.  Just like interest and if you have them, over the limit fees.

You are not given a chance to authorize or dispute a late payment fee/penalty.  If you pay late, one will be assessed against you, which you ought to know if you bothered to READ the contract.

    Automatic.

You "authorized" it when you applied for the card.
