Does anyone actually believe that Christians read the answers atheists give on r&s?

The reason I ask this is because every single day Christians ask the same dumbass questions such as "why do atheists hate God" and they are given more than enough of the same answers which Christians continue to ignore. Atheists dont believe in God and if they dont believe in God than they dont believe in the consequences of not believing in God so they dont send themselves to hell.  It's a very basic concept but due to the inconceivable stupidity or cognitive dissonance Christians posses they are unable to  comprehend this and continue to misrepresent the position atheists take.  If they were really interested in the truth they would question their own beliefs but fear and anxiety would set it if they were to loose faith since they have been so thoroughly indoctrinated that they will burn in hell without it.  It's sad.  It really is.

They do read the answers, but if it doesn't line up with the lie they are trying to perpetuate, then they ignore it.  Most christian religions have a statement of faith they adhere to.  One of the tenants of that statement is that they will absolutely not change their mind even if proof and evidence is provided to falsify their position.  Creationists are famous for this.  One of their tenants is that the scriptures will always outweigh science no matter what.  They MUST keep repeating their lies in order to maintain belief.  Doing so, over a period of time, they actually believe it.  Religion is auto deceptive.

Most people cling to religion because they are terrified of death and they want some form of guarantee that they will live on after they die.  Again, another lie.  There is absolutely no proof of any type of existence after you die.  Just more fodder for them to stoke the fires of their lies.  It's really sad that in the 21st century we still have people that insist on believing in this woo woo.  They know for a fact that not one person in human history has ever provided proof and evidence of a god....ANY god.  But yet they spew the verbal feces of religion as if it were a fact while claiming to know things that nobody possibly could know.

Religion is the most dishonest position a person can have.  It is dishonest to assert as fact that which is not evidently true.  Religion starts with an assumed conclusion based on dubious assertions from questionable sources supported by logical fallacies nested within circular reasoning bringing you back to your assumed conclusion.  By definition, Magic, the supernatural and deities cannot exist.  But yet believers claim that it does.  What is more likely to happen:  The universe came about by natural means which science is still working on it to understand, or, some magical immortal anthropomorphic being spoke everything into existence with an incantation spell?  Religion has no explanatory power at all.  It explains NOTHING.  It asserts a great deal but explains nothing.  People like to believe it not because it's true, but because it make them feel good.  Most people would rather feel good with a lie than face the truth of reality.  Religion is not real.  It is literally the power of pretend.

Deep down most believers know this.  But they will never ever admit it because what they believe will not allow them too.  I would much rather live with an uncomfortable truth than an unbearable lie.

Half of the 'christians' on here are trolls.

The other half might actually be able to be engaged in discussion, but roughly half of the 'atheists' are trolls too.

After a certain point it's just trolls trolling trolls.

Why does a mere belief bother you? You don't believe in God, but you like to read & make comments on a religious page. What are you doing?

Congrats ...... I forgot what the question was by the end.

You ought to rephrase the question anyhow.

It should read:- "Does anyone actually believe that Christians (insert) {{ .. take any notice of ..}} the answers atheists give on r&s?

Btw the grammar police are all saying you loose your shirt on the karaoke box and you lose your shirt on the horses.

Which one applies there? Is it both? Just asking.....

You fail to see that many of the people claiming to be atheists here are not actually atheists at all and for a variety of reasons.

When you learn what the reasons are, in total, you would have a better understanding of why there will come a time when there won't be any such a thing as an atheist.

They may read the answers, but their prejudices are so firmly lodged in their brains that no answer will budge them.

Christians can’t seem to frame an intelligent question, so they resort to the absurd, 5th grade kind of question. Their evolution questions are a perfect example.

I don't think it would be fair to make a generalisation about the Christians on this site based on some of the questioners. I thing some are just really unimaginitive trolls. There do seem to be some Christians who have unshakable, and very stupid, ideas about ahteists, and those do tend to be quite noticable, while more sensible Christians may not attract so much attention.
