Who make the best noodle, Chinese, Japanese or Italians ?

    Chinese noodles are authentic. Japanese noodles are quite thick and very bland. Italian noodles don't have a good texture.

    I would say, chinese noodles have more spices, ingredients and the texture is good.

    Italians don't make noodles, it's a different food.

    Chinese and Japanese egg noddles all taste the same too me.

    Traditional versions of these foods use different ingredients and they're made differently too.

    I'd say the Italians out do the othr's

    combined in noodle making as their's ar

    nice & thick + rich in buter / sal too
