If your oven will go down to 112° F, you have one. But check it with an oven thermometer. Many ovens are not calibrated.

You don't. A covered bowl in a warm spot is enough.

many ovens have a "proof" setting but you can do the same thing in your oven if it does not have a proof setting.
Pan of hot water in the bottom of the oven, turn on the light and it should maintain a constant warm temp.
