How to get meals or calories in ?

I started a new job 2-10pm and I don’t have time to eat. We get a 20 mins break and a 30 mins break. I have to leave my home at 12:50 to get transport. I come home too tired to eat. What can I do. I have been eating like 15 Pringles the last week.

    brown bag it.....think ahead, the stores sell fruit in juice, and won't leak either......maybe have amazon deliver food for you, I can't imagine shopping for groceries without a car,

    i would just try to eat something thats ready to eat

    Eat when you get up. Take a snack to eat on your 20 minute break, and a meal to eat on your 30 minute break. Have a snack when you get home.
