Is being too dumb to get scholarships and too poor to pay a good reason to not go to college or vocational school if you don’t qualify for?

Financial aid and nobody will co-sign a loan.

That sounds like a superb reason, my boy!  In fact, every reason is a good reason to not go to collage.

It is odd that you're "too poor" to pay yet do not qualify for aid.  File your FAFSA, send it to the schools of your choice, and let them tell you what you qualify for - or don't qualify for.

So you parents make too much money for you to qualify for any financial aid?  In that case, you might consider enlisting in the military and taking advantage of the GI Bill.

If you have a social security number and a last name, then you qualify for financial aid, even if your parents are billionaires.  If you don't qualify for ANYTHING that means you did something very wrong in the application process.  And the loans you qualify for do not require a cosigner either.
